  • What are your cancellation policies?

    PrimeSpace is proud to offer flexible month to month leases. Simply let the office know you are vacating your unit by stopping in or giving us a call at 803-212-9995 to provide your move out date so that we can finalize your account.  Rentals that have not moved in may be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of renting. 

  • How is the security of your facility ensured?

    The facility is protected by 24/7 Code Entry for Access. The property has camera surveillance, routine manager lock checks, and all units are required to have secure locks.

  • Is 24/7 access available

    You can access your unit from 6:00am-10:00pm daily.

  • Do you offer Insurance for the contents?

    We are proud to provide SafeLease tenant protection plans to better protect your items. Flexible plans for different coverage levels and all budgets are available. Inquire with the office for more details!

  • Do you offer discounts for regular customers or referrals?

    PrimeSpace occasionally has specials. Please check next to the unit size you are considering to see if it qualifies. The office is happy to help you discover any promotions you may be eligible for as well.


  • Are the units climate controlled?

    PrimeSpace Self Storage is fully climate controlled.

  • Are the units protected against moisture and mold?

    PrimeSpace units are climate controlled and any leaks discovered are resolved quickly. We cannot guarantee protection against moisture and mold. As a customer, it is your responsibility to notify the store team if you notice any issues within your unit.

  • How often is the facility cleaned?

    The facility is cleaned daily.

  • How do I reserve a unit?

    You may reserve a unit through www.primespacestorage.com, by calling 803-212-9995 or stopping by our office located at 7949 Broad River Rd. Irmo, SC 29063. We hope to see you soon!

  • Additional Service Fees

    The only service fee applied is a $29 one time admin fee.
