PrimeSpace proudly offers flexible month-to-month leases. To vacate your unit, simply stop by the office or call us at 803-212-9995 to provide your move-out date so we can finalize your account. Rentals that have not yet moved in may be canceled and refunded within 24 hours of booking.
What are some of your storage facility security features?
Our facility offers 24/7 coded access, camera surveillance, regular manager lock checks, and requires all units to be secured with a lock for added protection.
Can I access my storage unit 24/7?
Access hours are from 6:00am-10:00pm daily.
Do you offer insurance for my storage unit?

How do I reserve a unit?

Are there additional service fees when I rent?
We have a one-time admin fee of $29.
How do i pay my bill?
Payments can be made conveniently online using a credit card, debit card, or ACH through our secure portal, or in person with cash or check during office hours. Free autopay is available to help ensure on-time payments for your Irmo unit. We strive to make billing simple and hassle-free.
What items are not allowed in storage?
To keep everyone safe, we don’t allow perishable items, hazardous materials like chemicals or paint, illegal items, flammables, weapons, or live animals in our climate-controlled units.
